(1) If health institutions and individual licensed physicians act contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act or if they do not comply with the orders and instructions given by the committee in accordance with section 29, the committee may suspend or cancel the license of such health institution and the individual license of the physician for up to six months.
(2) Before suspending or revoking the permit or personal license in accordance with sub-section (1), the committee shall give a reasonable opportunity to the relevant health institution or physician to present their explanation.
